Supporting confident communication at every stage

Talk-Time Speech Pathology provides evidence-based speech and language therapy for children and adolescents across Allambie Heights and Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
About us

Speech pathology support for every stage of development

Talk-Time Speech Pathology supports children and adolescents with communication, language, and literacy needs from around 12 months through to high school. We work closely with families to understand each child’s strengths, challenges, and goals, and tailor therapy accordingly.
Our approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and practical. We focus on building skills that make a real difference in everyday life, whether that is helping a toddler develop early communication, supporting a primary school child with reading and spelling, or assisting a teenager to navigate academic language and social communication demands.
Our services

Individual therapy that adapts as your child grows

Talk-Time Speech Pathology provides speech pathology services across a range of settings to support children where they learn and communicate best. Therapy is always individualised and responsive to age, needs, and context.
Play-based early communication

For younger children, therapy is play-based and interaction-focused, using purposeful activities to build speech, language, and early communication skills in a natural way.

Literacy and learning support

For school-aged children, therapy targets reading, spelling, written language, and curriculum-related skills to support learning and classroom participation. Our therapists are trained in a number of literacy programs including Read3 and Sounds-Write.

Functional communication for daily life

Across all ages, we focus on practical communication skills that support confidence, independence, and participation at home, school, and in the community.
